Led by one of our clinical social workers, Erin Blacik, this session will equip you with practical strategies and tools to navigate difficult emotions, social events, and connections with family and friends.

YMCA: Cultivating Greater Connection for Enhanced Wellbeing
While a variety of social connections has proven to strengthen emotional and physical health, research also shows we’re in the midst of a loneliness epidemic. And although loneliness is increasingly commonplace, discussing it is not always easy. This interactive workshop provides a shared community space for exploring how to cultivate greater connection and boost your wellbeing, including improved mood and protection against illness and disease!
