Her Trusted Health Alliance is Herself Health's initiative to build a trusted network of leading healthcare providers across the Twin Cities who share our commitment to better care for women aged 50 and up. Together, we're creating a more connected, compassionate system of care that understands and supports the unique needs of women as they age.
Why are we doing this?
We created this alliance because our patients and care teams shared the need for more complete care and stronger coordination between clinics. By working closely with our partners, we can help ensure timely referrals, clearer communication, and a smoother patient experience.
Practices We're Working With
We have selected these trusted providers through a thorough vetting process utilizing quantitative data, reputational knowledge and collaboration discussions to ensure like-mindedness. We're excited to be working closely with MNGI Digestive Health, Premier, RAYUS, Summit Orthopedics, Midi and more on launching this exciting initiative to deliver better patient care to women 50+.
